These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kj999 platform and all of its services. By accessing the website or opening an account, you will be considered to have accepted all of the terms below. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Any incorrect or false information regarding name, date of birth, mobile number or payment details is not acceptable.
3.3 Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong and unique password and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
kj999 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time, including before a withdrawal. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or driving licence, along with proof of payment method. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the withdrawal will remain on hold.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on the kj999 platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Approved deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — transactions must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally between 10 and 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, though exceptions may be made depending on circumstances.
4.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. kj999 will never ask for your password or payment PIN over the phone or by email. Be cautious of any suspicious communications.
4.4 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the kj999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Bonuses are offered only to eligible users, subject to meeting the specified conditions.
- Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering conditions have been met.
- Bonuses have a set validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- kj999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
kj999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Maintaining regular and active gaming activity is required to progress to higher tiers. Contact the support team for details on the benefits of each tier.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Integrity
All games offered on kj999 are operated by certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt and others). The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, kj999 will investigate the matter. Disputed transactions may be voided if the game state has not been reliably recorded. False winnings displayed due to a software error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Betting Limits
kj999 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game. These limits may change at any time and will be displayed within each game. Betting limits may differ while a bonus is active.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kj999 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unauthorised advantages from bonuses or promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Using bots, automated scripts or other technical tools to operate games.
- Attempting to access another user's account or attempting to steal their information.
- Hacking the platform's code, spreading viruses or conducting any form of cyber attack.
- Making deposits using a third party's account or card.
- Collaborating with other users in an attempt to manipulate the system.
- Creating an account using a false identity, false documents or another person's identity.
If any of the above violations are detected, kj999 may close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability
In certain circumstances, kj999's liability will be limited. kj999 will not be liable in the following situations:
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
- A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters, government directives or technical faults.
- Financial loss resulting from delays or failures of a third-party payment gateway.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account where the user did not take adequate security measures.
kj999 endeavours to provide a reliable service, however it is not always possible to guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
